Prevention FY2007, 2008 and 2009 Annual Reports
- HB 850 mandates the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Administration (ADAA) to conduct a needs assessment "for prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of drug misuse and alcohol misuse in the State. "
The ADAA contracted the Center for Substance Abuse Research (CESAR) at the University of Maryland, College Park, to conduct the treatment needs assessment. The CESAR Final Report is attached.
