The Alcohol and Drug Abuse Administration wishes to thank all who participated in the review of the proposed 10.47 COMAR Regulations that were posted on the ADAA website from March 16 through 31, 2009.  The responses have been very helpful in revising the regulations to insure that the citizens of Maryland who seek treatment for substance abuse receive quality care.  When the revised proposed regulations are posted during the official review period each response will receive a reply.
