Alcohol and Drug Abuse Administration

The Alcohol and Drug Abuse Administration (ADAA) is the single state agency responsible for the provision, coordination, and regulation of the statewide network of publically funded substance abuse prevention, intervention and treatment services. The ADAA serves as the initial point of contact for regulatory interpretation for all Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DHMH) prevention and certified treatment programs and provides technical assistance to publically funded entities.

ADAA is located on the campus of Spring Grove Hospital Center in Catonsville, Maryland. (Driving Directions and Campus Map)
